ISLAMIC LAW

 1. Mukallaf

    Mukallaf people are Muslims who are obliged to carry out God's commands and stay away from God's prohibitions, because they have grown and understood (akil baligh) and have heard the call of God.

2. Islamic Laws

    The usual Islamic law also called syara 'law is divided into five:

1. Compulsory; that is a case which when done gets a reward and if left behind got a sin.

         Mandatory or fardhu it is divided into two parts:

a. Mandatory 'ain or Fardhu' ain; which is a case that must be done or must be done by all Muslims who mukallaf themselves can not be represented to others, such as prayers are five times, fasting and so forth.

b. Obligatory kifayah or Fardhu kifayah; a duty which has been deemed sufficient if it has been done by some of the mukallaf people. And sin all human beings if none of them do it, such as worshiping dead bodies and burying them.

⦁ 2. Sunnah; that is a case that if done gets a reward and if left no sin.

         Sunnah is divided into two:

a. Sunna mu'akkad; ie sunna is highly recommended to do such as tarawih prayer, eat sahur, prayer two days fitri and adha and so forth.

b. Sunah ghairu mu'akkad; namely the usual sunnah such as lengthening beards for men mukallaf and eat betel, smoking, drinking tea, drinking coffee, berugi, bersiwak, eat rice and side dishes, brushed teeth with toothpaste and so forth.

⦁ 3. Haram; that is a case if left behind get a reward and if done get Sin, like drinking, lying, gambling, fornication, stealing, corruption, disobeying parents and so forth.

⦁ 4. Makruh; that is a case that if done innocently, and if left behind get a reward, like to lose all over Facebook.dan forth.

⦁ 5. Mubah; that is, a case which if done is not rewarded and innocent, and if left also innocent and not rewarded, it is clear that it can be done and may be abandoned. like watching a movie, and watching the ball and so forth.

3. Terms and Rukun

1. Terms, Terms is a must be fulfilled before doing something. If the conditions of something are not perfect, then the work is invalid.

2. Rukun, Rukun is something to be done in starting a job, rukun here means the main part such as reading fatihah in prayer is the main part of prayer, Assertive prayer tampa fatihah not sah.jadi prayer with fatihah can not be separated.

3. Sah, Sah means enough terms and rukunnya and correct or correct.

4. Cancel, Cancel means not enough requirements and rukunnya, or not true or not true. So if something work or a case that does not meet the requirements and rukunnya means the case is not legitimate. or is considered void. Like forbid smoking, the Fatwa forbids the cigarette Cancel, because Allah and His Messenger justify cigarettes. Man and Jin and Alien throughout the Universe may not smoke, may make rules and bans smoking but cigarettes are not something that Haram. Sunah ghairu mu'akkad; ie the sunna when done if it gets reward with Allah and if left innocent.
